This Legal Notice provides mandatory disclosure information about the operator of this website in accordance with the Danish E-Commerce Act (E-handelsloven, Act No. 227 of 22 April 2002) implementing EU Directive 2000/31/EC, and other applicable Danish and EU transparency requirements. Regulatory Status and Authorisations

Axiom ApS is not authorised, registered, or regulated by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) or any other financial regulatory authority in Denmark or the European Union as an investment firm, financial institution, credit institution, investment adviser, or portfolio manager.

Axiom ApS operates exclusively as an information and analysis publisher. Our services are classified as general information services and editorial publishing, not regulated financial services. We do not:

Provide personalised investment advice or portfolio management services.
Accept client funds, manage investment accounts, or execute securities transactions.
Operate as a trading platform, brokerage, or exchange.
Hold any licence under MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU) or the Danish Financial Business Act.
