Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Service" means the Axiom website, platform, research reports, newsletters, data feeds, and any other products or content provided by Axiom ApS.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Subscriber" means a User who has purchased a paid subscription plan.
• "Content" means all text, analysis, reports, data, graphics, charts, tools, and other materials made available through the Service.
• "Subscription Plan" means a recurring paid access tier granting specific Content rights as described on our Subscriptions page.
• "Intellectual Property Rights" means all patents, trademarks, copyrights, database rights, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights.

2. Description of Services

Axiom ApS provides an independent financial information and analysis platform. Our services include:

• In-depth analysis of equity markets, fixed income instruments, commodities, foreign exchange markets, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
• Downloadable research reports covering Danish and European financial markets, with particular focus on OMXC25-listed companies.
• Educational articles and guides on investment approaches, portfolio construction, and economic analysis.
• Market data overviews and indicator summaries sourced from publicly available and licensed data providers.
• Subscription-based premium access to extended reports, analyst commentary, and archived publications.

All Content is published for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a regulated investment firm, portfolio manager, or financial advisory service. See Section 7 for our full no-advice disclaimer.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service or create an account. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
• Keep your password confidential and not share account credentials with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at info@axiomanalysis.dk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

Axiom reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans and one-time report purchases are described on our Subscriptions page and Reports page. Prices are quoted in Danish Krone (DKK) or Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required under Danish and EU law.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise Axiom to charge your payment method on record for each renewal period.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase, effective from your next renewal date. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. We do not store your full payment card details. All transactions are encrypted using TLS. By providing payment information, you authorise Stripe to process the transaction on our behalf.

4.5 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to recharge on days 3, 7, and 14 following the due date. If payment remains unsuccessful after three attempts, your account access will be suspended and you will be notified by email. Access is restored immediately upon successful payment.

4.6 Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of contract formation, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven). For digital products delivered immediately (such as downloadable reports), the right of withdrawal is forfeited once delivery has commenced and you have acknowledged this explicitly at checkout. For subscriptions, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund if no Content has been accessed. See our Return Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content published on the Axiom website — including but not limited to written analysis, research reports, charts, graphics, data compilations, methodologies, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Axiom ApS or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright law, database rights, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted use: You may access and read Content for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use. You may share links to publicly accessible pages.

Prohibited acts: You may not, without prior written consent:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or transmit any Content in whole or in part.
• Incorporate any Content into commercial publications, products, or services.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website by automated means.
• Create derivative works based on our research reports or analysis.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the website on another site.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that is illegal under Danish, EU, or applicable international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, our servers, or any systems connected to the Service.
• Introduce any malware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any person.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.
• Circumvent, reverse-engineer, or disable any security or access-control mechanism.
• Share account credentials to provide unauthorised third-party access to premium Content.
• Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or any activity regulated under MiFID II or Danish securities law.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to competent law enforcement authorities.

7. No Financial Advice — Important Notice

Axiom ApS is not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, or financial institution under Danish law or EU regulation. Our Content does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of regulated financial service.

Nothing published on our website should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise deal in any financial instrument. All analysis is based on publicly available information and is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.

Financial markets involve significant risk. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Before making any investment decision, you should seek independent advice from a licensed financial adviser authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) or another competent EU regulatory body.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Danish law:

• Axiom ApS provides the Service and Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Axiom ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or reliance on our Content or Service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Axiom ApS during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axiom ApS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
• Any investment or financial decisions made in reliance on our Content.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account and subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@axiomanalysis.dk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:

• You materially breach these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret), Denmark.

Consumer users in the EU may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email for ODR purposes: info@axiomanalysis.dk.

For Danish consumers, complaints may be directed to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and by a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Service and may cancel your subscription before the effective date for a pro-rata refund.
