Return Policy & After-Sales Service
This Return Policy and After-Sales Service document sets out the conditions under which customers may cancel orders, request refunds, and receive post-purchase support from Axiom ApS (CVR: 43218795), Nørre Voldgade 84, 1358 Copenhagen K, Denmark. Our policies comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), and applicable VAT regulations.

1. Products and Services Covered
This policy applies to all purchases made through axiomanalysis.dk, including:
- Individual Research Reports — One-time purchase downloadable PDF documents containing financial analysis and market research.
- Subscription Plans — Recurring-billing access plans (monthly or annual) providing access to premium content, reports, and analytical tools.
- Report Bundles — Pre-packaged sets of multiple research reports sold at a combined price.
- Data Packages — Structured data files and datasets available for professional and commercial use.
All products sold by Axiom ApS are digital products delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under Article 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 18 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of the contract formation date (i.e., the date your order is confirmed), without providing a reason and without penalty.
2.1 How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You may:
- Send an email to returns@axiomanalysis.dk with your full name, order number, date of purchase, and a statement of withdrawal.
- Use the model withdrawal form below.
- Call us on +45 70 83 29 17 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET).
- Write to us at: Axiom ApS, Nørre Voldgade 84, 1358 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you dispatch your withdrawal notification before the 14-day period expires.

2.2 Refund Upon Withdrawal
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal and it has not been waived (see Section 3), Axiom ApS will reimburse all payments received from you, including the purchase price and any applicable VAT, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of receipt of your withdrawal notification. The refund will be made to the original payment method used at checkout, at no cost to you.
3. Digital Products — Waiver of Withdrawal Right
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun, provided that:
- You gave your prior express consent to the performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
- You acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
At the point of purchase of any downloadable research report or digital data package, you will be presented with an explicit checkbox requiring you to confirm:
"I agree that delivery of this digital content begins immediately upon purchase and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once download has commenced."
By ticking this box and completing your purchase, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for that digital product. If you did not tick this box and the product was delivered without your consent to immediate delivery, your right of withdrawal remains intact.
Important: For subscription plans, the right of withdrawal applies in full during the 14-day period following sign-up, provided you have not accessed any premium content within that period. Accessing premium content within the 14-day window constitutes consent to commencement of performance and waives the withdrawal right proportionally.
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to "Account Settings" → "Subscription" → "Cancel Subscription".
- Emailing returns@axiomanalysis.dk with your account email address and a cancellation request.
- Calling our customer support line at +45 70 83 29 17.
4.2 Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access to your subscription until this date. No partial refund is issued for unused days within an active billing period, except where you are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of initial sign-up (see Section 2).
4.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the annual renewal date and have not accessed any new premium content since renewal, you are entitled to a full refund of the renewal payment. Cancellations after 14 days of an annual renewal are not eligible for a refund of the annual fee; access continues until the period end.

Refunds are processed via our payment provider Stripe Inc. to the original card or payment account. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after we initiate the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated by Axiom ApS.
6. After-Sales Support Services
Axiom ApS is committed to providing responsive post-purchase support for all customers. Our after-sales services include:
6.1 Technical Support
If you experience technical difficulties accessing, downloading, or opening a purchased report or using the subscriber platform, please contact our technical support team at support@axiomanalysis.dk or call +45 70 83 29 17. We aim to respond to technical enquiries within 1 business day.
If a purchased digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect content), we will provide a replacement download or corrected file within 3 business days of the defect being confirmed, at no additional charge.
6.2 Account Support
For billing queries, subscription changes, invoice requests, or VAT receipts, contact billing@axiomanalysis.dk. VAT invoices compliant with Danish and EU requirements are available for all purchases and can be resent on request.
6.3 Content Enquiries
If you have questions about the methodology, data sources, or analytical assumptions within a purchased report, you may submit a content enquiry to analysis@axiomanalysis.dk. Our editorial team will respond within 3 business days.
6.4 Support Hours
Customer support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST), excluding Danish public holidays. Email enquiries received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
7. Complaint Handling
If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, service, or our response to a support request, please submit a formal complaint to complaints@axiomanalysis.dk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate to:
- The Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet), for consumer disputes under DKK 100,000. Online filing at www.forbrug.dk.
- The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our ODR email: info@axiomanalysis.dk.
